How do you manage your messy AI chat history?

I've been struggling with this for months. I use ChatGPT and Claude daily, but my chat history is a mess. It’s just a long, flat list. I often lose important insights because I can't visualize the connections between ideas.

Does anyone else feel like linear chat is limiting their thinking? Or do you have a system to organize your AI conversations?
