omadesign relaunches tomorrow: everything shipped since last Friday

We're relaunching omadesign on Product Hunt tomorrow, Saturday Sep 26, at 12:01 AM PT.
Since last Friday's launch we've shipped 0.5.1 through 0.5.9: Lua plugins, cloud sharing and review, responsive layouts with prototypes and HTML export, chroma key plus 30 raster filters and effects, editable gradients and compound paths, a screen-wide eyedropper, and a pile of bug fixes. I'm shipping new features daily, and 0.6.0 is right behind it.

The responsive layouts and HTML export caught my attention. Those are features I’d probably notice immediately when moving a design into an actual project

Glad those stood out — they’re exactly the bridge I wanted between “pretty mock” and something you can drop into a real project. Responsive layouts keep breakpoints honest while you design, and HTML export is meant to hand off without a full redraw. If you try either on a live layout, tell me what felt smooth and what still fights you.

Roughly half-and-half. The big pillars — native Linux, layout, paint/photo/motion under one roof — were planned before the first launch. A lot of what shipped this week (and what’s in tomorrow’s relaunch) came straight from comments and DMs after Sep 18: clearer install paths, gallery/welcome polish, and tightening the features people actually tried first. Keep the feedback coming; it changes the queue.
