Hey, congrats Olvy team for the launch. How accurate is the AI listener? What does it do when it does not know if it's a feedback or not? Do I need to manually evaluate some statements too?

Along with that, Olvy's flexible workflow allows you to remove things that you think are not a feedback and gets detected as a feedback by Olvy.
