This is super awesome. Currently, we have to export this information from a tool like Gong and then do a word cloud around it. Does it also connect with non-video calls?

Yes it does get integrated with a lot of non-video based tools. We also have a chrome extension for you to push feedback from gong to Olvy. And also we have Zapier integration, so that you can push highlighted notes from Gong to Olvy directly. Here is the list of all the integrations that we built till now:
