The awkward bit
This idea started for me in a work call where a manager couldn’t make it, so a note-taker bot joined on his behalf. Everyone noticed, and the vibe instantly shifted. Instead of talking freely, I was glancing at the bot icon in the corner.
Even when I expected the bots, it wasn’t better. I’d get transcripts I never read, along with reminders from an agent I’d never met.
