Actually giving N1 a chance. Few bugs arose, some of them are critical for UX (for example, inability to add more then 1 account and mail archive not loading properly), but I hope this is the side-effect of launch and everything will become stable soon. I love the concept and this piece of software IMHO can potentially be the new Sparrow in terms of fresh and powerful approach (not in terms of selling to Google I hope).

@vladzima Hey Vlad-- this is fixed in the latest update! :)

Looks very nice! Any invite out there?

@jongold @tnsrig Yeah but once clicked it says the demand is too high and to enter your email and wait for an invite.

This looks awesome! Would love to build the plugin for sales reps on top of this.

I wonder if anyone here has read their privacy policy (https://www.nylas.com/privacy-po...). Sorry, but I don't think I'll sign up for a mail client where I have to deal with this (excluding Gmail of course). "Account Information. If you create an Account, we’ll collect certain information that can be used to identify you (“PII”), such as your name and email address. We may also collect certain information that is not PII, because it cannot be used by itself to identify you, such as credit card information."

@chriscchan and too: "By inputting your email credentials, you’re permitting Nylas to make a copy of the entire contents of the applicable email inbox, calendar, and contact book. Nylas will perpetually connect to, and synch any changes to, your applicable email inboxes."
Sachin Agarwal
@therevod @chriscchan Yup, this is how the sync engine for Nylas Pro works. The Basic version of Nylas Mail does not store a copy of your mailbox to our Nylas Cloud.

does not seem to work for me. updated: works now. looks nice, but as nice as it looks i am not ready to compromise my current gmail configuration and N1 does not have all the bells i require from the default gmail interface (not mentioning all the plug ins but i am sure some will come later)

Looks nice. Just subscribed to the waiting list. How long is the backlog?
Mackey Guenther
Seems like the Atom of email clients! I'll definitely be trying this out once I get an invite.

Would love a iOS app to complement this with

This looks really exciting. Can't wait to give it a try.

I downloaded this today. Took a bit of time to sync up with email, but once it was ready I was definitely intrigued by the UI / UX. Just two things needed to make this a spectacular app. (1) Signature support (2) PGP Encryption. I am guessing since it is open source we won't have to wait too long. Otherwise, very clean and easy to use.
