Why do most traders stop journaling consistently?

One thing I keep noticing is that many traders start journaling but eventually stop using it after a few weeks.

Why do you think that happens?

I’m trying to build Novus Journal around long-term consistency and would love honest feedback from traders on what makes journaling hard to stick with.
