A product is not about the capabilities always.
This will win because the brand has registered its products as a possession than just a use case.
Nokia is still the dad of mobiles in most of the developing communities and this product is released as a value giver to make the same communities happy again.
Time for the hiss :)
To be honest, I am just happy to see something different from the current smart phone offerings. It could be used for a different group of people w different purpose and habits. Diversity is a good thing.
I was hoping more to see the resurrection of 3210. It had less features, but it was really heavy. At night you could defend yourself just throwing it like a brick. It also had a snake though.

Good tactic for developing countries which only have 2G :D make it rain $$
That's exactly the one we've been waiting for! - just need an alternative for my hammer XD

I don't get all of the hateration on this product. You can't compare the Nokia Brick (I mean, 3310) to a smartphone. It's not that.
I'd gladly buy/use this if I could pop in my nano-sim for days when I want a break from the deluge of the internet.
