6 months ago I had no idea how car dealerships actually worked.
Now I've built an AI system that runs inside Claude Desktop, sends iMessages to live car buyers automatically, and sources leads from Reddit and Craigslist while the associate is still drinking their coffee.
Here's what I figured out building it:
Car sales isn't broken because associates are lazy.
It's broken because writing 30 real, personalized messages a day is genuinely a 2-3 hour job — and nobody has 2-3 hours before a customer walks through the door.
So I built the thing that does it for them.
It finds buyers posting online that they're in the market. It spots private sellers who might want to trade in. It pulls live specs from the dealer's own inventory page and writes a real email — not a template, an actual car package with financing numbers.
Then it sends the iMessage. Creates the Gmail draft. Logs the lead. Sets the follow-up.
The associate approves everything before it fires. Nothing is auto-blasted. It's just fast.
$500 to install for a single associate. Runs on Claude Pro which is $20/mo — they pay that directly to Anthropic, not us.
I'm currently booking installs in the Phoenix market.
If you know a sales manager or GSM who's tired of watching leads go cold — tag them below or DM me.
