Can non-Americans invest in American startups and vice versa, can non-American startups find investment from American citizens?

@mickc79 There is a lot of regulations baked into your question, and the answer is - it's complicated. Sometimes and sometimes not, so every deal and tier of investment has slightly different regulations. We are currently focused on US Investors and US Companies but will be expanding internationally in the next few months. Thank you for your question! @mickc79 Non-American Accredited Investors can. But not Non-American Non-Accredited.... yet! We'll need another regulatory change for that but keep your fingers crossed 😉

This looks like it could be a really interesting way to help diversify funding/investments for entrepreneurs and investors alike. Just a heads up, you might want to update the "Thank You" page, since "Coming to Google Play + Desktops in July!" doesn't seem to be quite accurate. 😉

I'd like to meet other people that are interested in B2B tech investing.

Pros:

Makes investing in startups and Pre-IPO companies really simple.

Cons:

I wish there was a way to connect with other investors.
