Nervy uses approachable exercises to lower stress levels, wake you up from a midday slump, or help you fall asleep. Unlike meditation, Nervy uses the mind-body connection to trick your brain into calming down or waking up.
🚀 Hey PH! We’re excited to launch Nervy today 🚀
As someone who’s suffered from endometriosis, a disease with symptoms exacerbated by stress, I’ve had to learn how to keep stress levels low throughout the challenges of daily life.
I’m thrilled to introduce Nervy—an app designed to tackle stress in an approachable and effective way. Unlike other mindfulness apps that rely solely on meditation, Nervy engages both mind and body through quick, sensory exercises that you can do anytime, anywhere.
Ever felt like meditation just doesn’t cut it? Nervy’s unique approach uses simple exercises to activate the “rest and digest” response, helping you calm down and handle stress more effectively. From guiding you through your five senses to creating personalized routines, Nervy is all about practical, achievable stress relief.
Erica and I come from Airbnb, Gusto, and Middesk and we’re excited to apply what we’ve learned to build Nervy. We’re passionate about making mindfulness accessible and impactful. We can’t wait for you to try it out and see the difference it can make in your daily life. Check it out and let us know what you think! 🙌✨

I was fortunate enough to get TestFlight access to the app. The approach to deploy somatic activities to calm a mental issue was one I'd not seen before. And it works!
