What would you like to see customization wise?
It would be great to have options to customize the chat bubble colors, and maybe even the chatbot's avatar. More flexibility in tailoring the appearance would enhance the user experience!

Good question, we have a human handover to existing chat tools like intercom, hubspot etc, but better than that we use AI to analyse all conversations held so you can see what the common issues, questions and feedback you get are.
