How do I cancel my account and subscription? I’ve tried following the process on the website using the email and getting the auto generated responses saying it’s been cancelled but I still get emails saying my order has been placed and I’m being charged for the order. Used proven for a month. My results suck. I am currently still breaking out badly. Nothings improved. I obtained a half dollar sized rash on my face and they told me to use neosporin. I followed what they said. It’s almost as if my pores are even more clogged than ever. They claim this is a “purge” phase. I’m sorry I don’t buy that. When there are so many other products out there that give instant results. This is a company that’s isn’t formulated by skincare Drs, it is formulated by algorithmischen and peoples reviews! Look the makers up. This is like a big experiment. I wish I followed my gut and never tried this product. My face has never looked this bad in my life. Product not for me!
