Hey Product Hunt 👋

by

I’m Sahil, the solo founder of Mindley.

While exploring different AI study tools, I kept noticing the same problem: students needed one app for notes, another for flashcards, another for quizzes, another for tutoring, and another to manage their study schedule.

Studying was becoming more about managing tools than actually learning.

That’s why I built Mindley.

Mindley is an all-in-one AI study workspace that helps students turn their existing learning material into everything they need to understand, revise, and remember it.

Instead of switching between multiple platforms, students can upload their files once and continue the entire study process in one place.

Here’s what you can do with Mindley:

📄 Upload your study material

Upload PDFs, presentations, documents, or images and turn them into useful study resources.

📝 Generate structured notes

Create clear, organized notes from lengthy study materials and focus on the concepts that matter most.

Get quick summaries

Turn long chapters and documents into concise summaries for faster revision.

🧠 Create flashcards

Generate flashcards from your own material and review important definitions, concepts, formulas, and facts.

Test yourself with quizzes

Create quizzes based on your uploaded content, check your understanding, and identify what needs more revision.

🗺️ Visualize topics with mind maps

Break complex subjects into connected ideas and understand how different concepts relate to each other.

Generate practice questions

Create questions from your study material to prepare for exams, assignments, and active-recall sessions.

💬 Ask the AI tutor

Chat with an AI tutor that understands your uploaded material. Ask follow-up questions, simplify difficult concepts, or request examples without searching through the entire file.

📅 Plan your studies

Organize assignments, exams, goals, study sessions, and upcoming tasks using the built-in calendar and planner.

Mindley started as a simple AI note generator, but while building it, I realized that notes were only one part of the learning process.

Students also need to understand difficult topics, revise regularly, test themselves, and manage their time. That realization shaped Mindley into the study workspace it is today.

Building it alone was not always easy. There were bugs, failed ideas, features I had to rebuild, and moments when progress felt slow. But one quote stayed with me throughout the process:

“If you learned something from it, it’s not a failure.”
— Carolyn Bertozzi

That mindset helped me keep improving the product instead of treating every mistake as a setback.

I built Mindley independently—from the design and frontend to the backend, AI integrations, authentication, storage, and deployment.

The goal is simple: help students spend less time managing different tools and more time actually learning.

Learn faster. Remember more.
