Hey PH! Like many others here, my day job is at Some-Big-Tech-Company. My company offers bonuses of up to $5K for engineers who I refer (if they get hired of course). I managed to earn $25K in bonuses this year, just by entering interested candidates into our internal system. How, you may ask. Well, just imagine that I am an active member of the Alumni Association for Engineers Who Want To Move To The Bay Area. BUT.... The problem is not every contact I make is interested in working at my company. I started sending some to my buddy at Other-Tech-Company and he received a couple of bonuses too. Now I want to open this up to any and all current employees - if your company offers a referral bonus, enter your details and I'll match you up with any interested candidates.
