For the multiple-choice type, is it possible to increase the vertical size of the card so that more than four items can fit on one screen at the same time?
@shawn_park_f12 No, the height can’t be increased vertically as it would break the card layout.
However, I’ve added a scroll animation to indicate that more items are available (animation triggers only once when a new question card appears, to avoid causing friction).
@shawn_park_f12 If you have more than four answer options, a hint appears before you respond, showing that you can scroll inside the card to see the remaining options. This helps maintain the style of the game-like cards.

As I researched, currently you have 2 options:
Use a plugin deactivation hook to redirect users to your survey URL.
Intercept the "Deactivate" action and display a custom modal in the admin UI, where the survey can be embedded directly (use Block embed for this).
