Memoket just launched officially in Japan!

We held our first-ever Japan event yesterday in Tokyo, and I want to share the story with the PH community because honestly this market surprised us.

And because a lot of it started right here. When Memoket launched on Product Hunt and hit #1 Product of the Day, that momentum put us in front of customers we hadn’t even targeted yet. Japan was one of them.

Before we had a Japanese website, a Japanese app, or ran a single ad in Japan, hundreds of Japanese customers found the Memoket Gem and ordered it from our English-only site. That was the signal we needed.

So on October 21 we flew to Tokyo and made it official. 17 top tech media in the room at Aoyama One, plus creators and business partners. Same-day coverage from PC Watch, Impress Watch, AI Watch, and Gadget Gate. Our Amazon Japan reviews are sitting near 5.0!!!

For those who don’t know us: Memoket Gem is a 0.4 oz / 11g wearable AI agent that captures your conversations and builds long-term memory across them. It co-wears with Apple Watch, supports 153 languages, and connects directly to ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, and Notion.

Japan gets the vision. The use cases resonating most here: sales, hiring, healthcare, students. A country that takes notes seriously turned out to be exactly the right audience for a device that remembers everything.
