We're about to launch Max Invoice a simple, FTA-compliant invoicing tool built for freelancers and small businesses. One-time payment, no monthly fees, ever.
Before we go live, I'm curious how are you currently handling invoicing? Spreadsheets, another tool, or something custom?
We built Max Invoice because we kept seeing businesses waste hours chasing payments with clunky Excel templates. Would love to know if that resonates with you and what feature would make your invoicing life easier.

We are currently using wave accounting but it has a lot of issues pertaining to customization, that has forced us to move to google sheet. It is huge pain to track payments, send revised invoices, maintain customer statements and send out payment receipts. I have explored Zoho Invoice, Odoo and Quickbooks, some of them are complicated, other have monthly subscription. This sounds like an interesting proposition, what do you mean by pay once? will I get all features or is there any limit to this? how can I view the software? is there a trial period?
