6y ago, Mailwarm was #1 on PH. Today, we’re launching Mailwarm 2.0. First again ?

Hey Product Hunt 👋

Almost 6 years ago, @Mailwarm launched here.

Back then, the idea was simple: help teams warm up their inboxes and build sender reputation before scaling email.

That launch changed a lot for us.
Mailwarm became #1 Product of the Day 🏆 and Product Hunt helped us get our first real wave of visibility, users, and feedback.

Since then, we’ve spent years working on email deliverability with founders, sales teams, marketers, agencies, and operators.

And one thing became very clear: Email warmup alone is not enough anymore.

Teams don’t just need emails to be opened and replied to.

They need to know:

  • where their emails land

  • what affects their sender reputation

  • whether their setup is healthy

  • when something breaks

  • what to fix before campaigns silently die in spam

That’s why we’re preparing Mailwarm 2.0. The original email warmup tool, upgraded.

A premium email warmup and deliverability system.

With Mailwarm 2.0, we’re bringing together:

  • automated warmup

  • 50,000+ real inboxes

  • human-like engagement

  • inbox placement monitoring

  • B2B and B2C warmup

  • infrastructure checks through @mailX by mailwarm

  • warmup with your own content

  • deliverability experts available for every subscriber

The mission is still the same as day one: Help your emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

To PH community:

If you use email for growth, what’s the hardest part today: warming up, monitoring, understanding issues, or knowing what to fix?

I remember when warmup felt like the whole game. Now it feels like one small piece of the puzzle.

It's kind of wild how much email infrastructure matters now compared to a few years ago.

The monitoring side is underrated. Most people don't realize there's a prob until results starts slipping.

Holden Chase

I definitely had moments where a campaign underperformed and I couldn't tell if it was the message or the deliverability.

Mason Clark

Six years later and email still feels surprisingly opaque for something so important.

Calvin Russell

Inbox placement is the thing I'd want the most visibility into. That's usually where the mystery starts.

heyyy, congrats on the launch! wishing you the best. btw i'm curious how mailwarm 2.0 handles the diagnosis part: when something does land in spam, does it surface why, or more "here's what to check"?

just getting started with cold emails, checking this!

Hey @neelptl2602 ! @othman_katim can definitely help you with that.

You can just book a call with him 🤩

Hello, the idea of going beyond basic email warmup and focusing more on full deliverability health makes sense, I often notice that sending is not the main issue but understanding why emails land in spam is harder.

@deangelo_hinkle Interesting update, the addition of inbox placement monitoring feels more practical than just warming emails, I usually struggle with not knowing where emails actually end up so this part stands out to me.

nice direction, including expert support for deliverability issues adds extra value beyond automation, it feels more like a complete system rather than a single-purpose tool.

Thami Benjelloun

@gwendolyn_kira Exactly, that’s the goal. Email Warmup alone is not enough anymore. Teams need automation, but they also need visibility, monitoring, and someone who can help when the numbers don’t move.

That’s why we rebuilt Mailwarm 2.0 as a deliverability system, not just a background warmup tool.
