I'm Stalingrad Dollosa, a developer based in the Philippines who builds end to end, from data pipelines to machine learning to native apps. Before LocalForge, I built Curricalign, a BERT-powered system that shows universities where their syllabi have drifted from what employers actually need, and HiWay, a mobile platform tackling the Philippines' skills mismatch by guiding provincial job seekers toward roles they qualify for. Same instinct every time: find where a trusted system has quietly stopped matching reality, then build the fix. I currently work in agentic project management at Hoversight AI Agency and ship solo.
