Curious how the split actually works between your AI agents and the human experts, like which parts of the audit are fully automated and which still need a person in the loop? Want to know what I am actually getting for the subscription tier before I bring it to my team.

Took a chance on this and the weekly reporting actually flagged a real SPF issue I'd been ignoring. The audit was surprisingly thorough for something that runs on autopilot.

how long does it realistically take to recover sender reputation with MailAdept vs doing it manually?

Curious if there's a benchmark from existing clients.

Best wishes team

Our experience, will definitely help you take the right decisions. It will depends on why there is a bad reputation (blacklist, a bad DKIM config, Content)

Thanks for the kind words! Honestly, we're cautious about giving a single benchmark number here because it can be genuinely misleading , recovery speed depends on things like how bad the damage is (soft reputation dip vs. active blacklisting), domain age, sending volume, list quality, and which providers are affected. A Gmail-only dip can turn around in days; a domain that's been blacklisted or burned from bad list hygiene can take weeks to months to rebuild trust.

Thanks a bunch ! It really depends on what's hurting your reputation. Some technical issues can be resolved in a few days, while rebuilding sender reputation after sustained problems can take several weeks.

The biggest advantage of MailAdept isn't that it magically speeds up recovery it's that it helps identify the root cause quickly, applies the right fixes, and continuously monitors progress so you avoid setbacks.

The timing depends on what is really causing the issue. However, having a deliverability expert recommend tailored solutions for your issue, as well as having them do daily monitoring, will for sure help you rebuild your reputation quickly.

congrats on the launch!
how does MailAdept detect inbox placement issues before they impact campaigns? does it proactively recommend fixes or automatically resolve some problems? curious how much manual work it removes.

We daily test multiple parameters, with a human in the loop, we do weekly calls to fix together or just fix for you if we have the right access

Thanks! We continuously monitor deliverability signals across providers to catch reputation and placement shifts early, then our team reviews and recommends the fixes while automation speeds up detection, but changes to your setup stay human-approved rather than auto-resolved, so it removes the manual grunt work of watching dashboards without handing over control of your infrastructure.

Coming from Mailwarm you've got real deliverability data behind you.

When a client's inbox placement drops suddenly, how fast does the team actually respond, is there an SLA or is it more best-effort?

Thank you! That's a great question.

We don't operate on a best-effort model. MailAdept continuously monitors your deliverability, so when inbox placement drops or an issue is detected, it's flagged immediately for our team to investigate.

Our goal is to identify the root cause and start working on it as quickly as possible, rather than waiting until your next campaign reveals there's a problem.

We flag it almost immediately, since we do use a lot of tools to check the deliverability we are not blocked by only one metric or one tool to say that we have an issue, we work in collaboration with a lot of experts, a lot of data to flag an issue quickly. Take google postmaster tool for example, data is updated only after 48h, also the data will not be updated unless you hit 1000 emails sent daily, we don’t rely only on tool or one metric, we check everything so that we can flag an issue quickly.

Looks super cool! Congrats 🔥

 thank you for you support!

Took a quick look at the dashboard and the weekly reports are surprisingly clear compared to other tools I've bounced between. Curious how the AI agent piece handles edge cases when something weird pops up in DNS.

deliverability is such an underated pain, love the agent angle 🙌 does it work for cold outbound too?
