Hi Product Hunt, I'm Numair, 18, and I'm building Lore.
Every company I talked to had the same problem. They're rolling out AI agents, the agents read the wiki, and the wiki is missing the part that matters: the client who needs a credit before the ticket closes, the approval only one person gives, the workaround nobody wrote down. When that person leaves, it's gone.
Lore interviews people in a short text chat and keeps asking "when isn't it usual?" until the specifics come out. Every answer becomes a rule with a condition, an action, a reason and the exact quote. A manager approves each one before any agent sees it, and if Lore doesn't know something, it says so instead of guessing.
