This is exactly the type of product I have been searching for. Using just one collaborative report to communicate and gather information from our clients will absolutely pay for the subscription every month due to the time saved. I can create the report once, and it's done for the year. No more month-end scramble to get clients to give us information on uncategorized expenses! And the time savings become almost exponential with live financial reports that update as often as once an hour, or manually any time. The service level is exemplary. I've spoken to both Anita and Lasse in person, on Zoom, and on Slack frequently during the implementation. Engineers from their firm contact me directly with solutions to my questions, and they are always asking for problems to solve. Most importantly, it just works. There's no "overpromising" from this team. They're candid about the limitations, but also dive deeply into my questions/requests to determine if simple tweaks can be made to produce not only what I need, but also things on my "wish list". :) This "simple" program has become a part of my permanent "tech-stack" and will be a major factor in allowing us to grown our business (or take some time off). Probably the most important thing beyond the time savings, though, is that they've taken a tool my clients are already used to, and enhancing the experience. My clients don't have to adapt their business to mine. They just get a better, faster, and more meaningful view into their finances. LiveFlow Google Sheets Add-on makes my business more efficient, adds value to my clients, AND makes me look smart. I'm all in. And no, I'm not on the marketing team. I'm a premium user because it works.
