No results for iOS and Android developers too. I think there is a gap between these two, and they are a bit different from software developers

An important way to supplement this is to require any job listings on LinkedIn to include a salary range. Having comparable jobs show salaries head to head in search results will create competition in that sense.

Quite a few companies in this space recently. Most notably is Comparably. There was another job site that recently starting doing this as well, but I can't remember what it was. In general these are great for giving a better understanding of what the going rate is for your role on a pure cash level. As for equity, there's an argument to be made that equity is often worth $0. One of the biggest challenges is having data reported accurately across multiple years of experience ranges for each job per locale. With limited data these numbers have potential to be skewed on the low/high end. For instance the product design data for SF is significantly different than private google sheet data that I have seen in the last 8months.

It's a little light in some areas of the country, but I'm glad to see LinkedIn doing this anyway.

Nice tool to compare jobs salaries over the world. But, it needs more publishing work to fill in the database. Hope you good luck guys !!
