Here's what you receive, in the end: – a working product – access to the source code of the projects (frontend, backend, mobile) – tech documentation – project documentation – credentials to the cloud providers and all third-party services – access to Play Market/App Store – access to the dashboard that shows the status of the project – access to the admin panel (credentials) – all designs + UX audit if we do it – QA checklist

Saw this and wanted to share my own experience with an outsourcing vendor. When we were launching a few years ago, we made a mistake of not defining the scope from start. As for the timelines, we make sure to plan everything ahead. MVP Assembly line works great for projects that are very clear.
