Hey ProductHunters! Oleksii from Fulcrum here 🤙 For eternity (not really) we have been helping founders to bring products to life. Frankly speaking, it’s a long and unintuitive process. So, with some fuck-up/success stories we have designed a roadmap on how to build up something that makes sense, scalable, and predictable. Here you go - MVP assembly line. Long story short, if you expect a no-code startup or FB group MVP, that’s not it. It is a product, ready to scale. After 60 days, here’s what you get: - Web or Mobile app, with vital functionality, which makes fucking sense. If the concept works, you’ll easily scale it up; - Landing page for lead-generation/product overview built with Tilda; - Designs of the app, landing, release materials; - Full technical documentation; - Fast-lane entrance to “,,, Club”*; * - not guaranteed What charms do we use to release an MVP product in 60 days? It’s no magic, really. Over time we collected tons of materials that reduce development time. We accumulated different architecture types, starter packs, modules, admin panels, UI kits, documentation templates, that make development a lot faster and affordable. That is - $62/hour for the entire team of BA, QA, PM and Front/Back developers. P.S. For a week after the launch, if you are reaching out to us, we are doing a discount of 5k on the whole deal. 🔥

@oleksii_sekundant guys, somehow your project is flagged as a potential scam and a phishing alert is shown when I try using the website.

@oleksii_sekundant @vamshi4001 ouch. That's weird. I can assure you, everything is legit here. Could you please tell us what browser (browser extensions) are you using? Also if you could send me a screenshot at yuliia.p@fulcrum.rocks, I'd really appreciate it.

Looks like it's gonna boom the market :)
Yulya Pron
@buffalo_gamer hah :) Hope so. Our primary goal is that all the products that we build for clients – boom the market too!

hey @petecashmore! It has been a couple of weeks and we are excitedly waiting for your message :) So, just a friendly reminder on that. To make it smoother, here is a link to book a call: https://meetings.hubspot.com/o-s... Would be thrilled to have a chat, even if the project is not on the agenda! Thanks!

I got a friend who is always talking about making an app. Gotta recommend this to him. He will have no choice but to finally launch it 😂
Yulya Pron
@rubrena_piren that's right! Just 60 days - and it's there.

This looks promising. Congrats on the launch. What are the full deliverables of this? I mean what do I receive in the end?
Yulya Pron
@jhon_thomas098 Thanks! Here's what you receive, in the end: – a working product – access to the source code of the projects (frontend, backend, mobile) – tech documentation – project documentation – credentials to the cloud providers and all third-party services – access to Play Market/App Store – access to the dashboard that shows the status of the project – access to the admin panel (credentials) – all designs + UX audit if we do it – QA checklist

Loooks interesting. But how is your service different from regular development with a vendor?
Kateryna Khalimonchuk
@new_user_2688f88fc0 thanks for asking! MVP Assembly is different in lots of ways: it’s predictable, reliable, affordable, and really fast. Predictable – we’ve done lots of MVPs, and know exactly how to create yours. Reliable – we guarantee quality of your product. Affordable – for $19,995 you receive a product which is gonna work on you. Fast – only 60 days and your product is ready to rock the world. Over time, we have collected lots of materials (architecture types, admin panels, starter packs) that optimize development time & costs, so that you don’t need to overpay. With MVP Assembly, you know exactly from the very start what you’ll get at the end: a scalable, working product.

Saw this and wanted to share my own experience with an outsourcing vendor. When we were launching a few years ago, we made a mistake of not defining the scope from start. So in the end the whole development took a lot longer than expected and price was higher too. I like that your offer is predictable and fixed. But how do you guarantee that timelines will be followed?
Yulya Pron
@dmytro_khutornoi yes, this is pretty common. That's why taking time for Discovery is critical. That's when we do the research & define the scope of work. As for the timelines, we make sure to plan everything ahead. MVP Assembly line works great for projects that are very clear. Also, we have collected so many templates, starter packs that literally help us predict the timelines well.
