Really cool concept, will there be more charities to select from in the near future? Would LOVE to see the ACLU included. . I bet a ton of people would get on board!
@jasonkristofor Absolutely, more charities coming! Please recommend ones you'd like to see using the form at nonprofits.21.co. If you know a senior person at the charity or nonprofit, that helps accelerate things.
I have an account! Hit me up -- http://21.co/benparr
But really, it's an exciting and cool feature for external communication. I'm looking forward to seeing it evolve and grow!

Also, note that the folks at @21co such as @balajis and others are very active on their Slack chat in case you want to talk to them in more detail about the app, the platform, the 21 computer, etc. Great group of folks who respond to just about everything, including ideas.

The sign up / onboarding is superb imo. I was involved with Weave.in here in SF (which was an amazing experience for me). They tried to launch a premium offering that allowed you to offer to pay like this to meet certain people. Weave shut down recently but the idea has always been a good one. This execution seems likely to gain real traction. I am eager to follow this.
Tried signing up on both mobile web and then after I downloaded the app. Consistently get either `Connection Error. Please try again.` or `Login timed out` with FB auth. I much prefer the last error message because I'm definitely sick of trying again. Hope you guys get it figured out. Seems interesting.
This looks promising! Do I need a Coinbase account to send/receive bitcoins? I live in Mexico and don't have access to Coinbase, are there any other options? Bitcoin newbie here, thanks! 😄
@bntzio You do not need a Coinbase account to receive bitcoin through the 21 app, though we do offer a one-click Coinbase integration. To pay to send a message to someone else you can use either (a) a credit card or (b) the bitcoin you earned from answering other people's messages. We'll be adding support to use bitcoin from an external source as a form of payment soon.

Hm, still not receiving the initial sms verification code after more than an hour and several retries. Any other method available? There is no 'sms not working' link, nor a 'call me' link or anything like that. I don't use Auth as indicated in the troubleshooting.
So I'm stuck on this it seems... Anyone any idea?
