Krisp does it's job really well. I originally installed it for it's noise cancelling abilities on conference calls only to learn after the fact that it does a great job of summarizing meetings. I'm a very happy customer.

Very good product. Some things to improve are:
Auto-joining meetings is unreliable, it should work reliably like fireflies.
On mobile, we cannot chat with AI.
Sometimes it incorrectly identifies speakers.
Unable to switch to transcript mode when joining via bot mode.
Arabic language transcription is poor.

Krisp should increase the summaries per day to 6.
Just want to say how much I appreciate Krisp as a digital nomad. The circumstances in where I will work are unpredictable and sometimes I have to take calls from cafes, which used to make me nervous because I didn't want to seem unprofessional with lots of background noise. Krisp has literally freed me to work from anywhere. It's one of the best subscriptions I have.
