Quick context on what we're building: construction procurement in Germany runs on a document called a Leistungsverzeichnis; ie a bill of quantities with 200-300 positions per trade package. Before bids go out, there's a contract preamble (Vorbemerkungen) that sets the contractual conditions for everything. Nobody reads it carefully enough. That's where most change orders are born.

Klava AI reads the preamble with AI, cross-references every position against it, and flags the exact gaps before bidders see the document. Then when bids come in, it compares all positions automatically and surfaces outliers with a configurable threshold.
