Kitchen Conversations by CommunalEvents - Quick spontaneous catchups with colleagues and friends

by
Remember when we used to informally chat with colleagues in the office kitchen or by the water cooler? We would catch up on work, gossip and meet new people. Our service emulates this online – and it’s free for now!

We have used CommunalEvents to create a free tool for you and your colleagues. It’s called Kitchen Conversations and it’s a service to help you to reconnect with people by way of brief, spontaneous online conversations. Here are some of the benefits of the service: • Integration of new employees • Exchange of ideas • Propagation of news and initiatives • Assistance and advice • General networking • Bonding between employees • Friendship We set up these conversations by sending out notifications to small groups (usually 2 or 3 people) to suggest they meet (usually by a video call). We are careful to avoid bombarding people with invitations and they can always reject if they are busy. To celebrate our launch, the service is free for the cool cats at Product Hunt. Please let us know below what you think about the idea then try it out!
