@pranavpandey777 Sales Dialer provides three types of dialers: Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialer, and Dynamic Dialer. - With the Auto Dialer campaigns you can dial contacts one by one, connecting each call only when the rep is available. As a result, Auto Dialer has the lowest call abandonment rate. - With Predictive Dialer, you can reach out to larger list of contacts by dialing multiple calls at once. - With Dynamic Dialer you can run campaign by updating your contact list from CRM to Sales Dialer in real time Currently the Android app supports Auto Dialer campaigns.

@divyanshi_agarwal Thank you :) To answer your question, the entire call history for all outbound calls can be accessed in the app. For each call, we know when the call was dialled, if the call was answered, went to voicemail, or was abandoned, and the duration of the answered call. You can also look at the call sales rep's notes, disposition, and rating. Call recordings are also provided for connected calls.

@francis_emil_de_hitta The Sales Dialer app helps you track KPIs related to calling by duration, by team member and per campaign. On the dashboard, you can keep track of the total number of campaigns created, number of contacts called, the total number of calls dialled, number of answered calls, call conversation duration, and voicemail drops, and the call conversion rate. Furthermore, each campaign has its statistics, where you can see information like total contacts in the campaign and number of dialled contacts, voicemail drops, invalid contacts, removed contacts, answered calls, total calls made, and contacts marked as DNC. You can also track outbound minutes and time spent on after-call work.
