Great product, cool and useful features. I am really enjoying the service. And, support is just WOW. Just one thing that is not working for me is, I have connected my SIP number and not able to make and receive calls from that number. But, you can use their number.

Can I integrate with Pipedrive and customize the data JivoChat sends?

If you use Jivochat and your clients from below countries so don't waste your time like me to use jivochat because they blocked those countries under political rules.
