Very nice. One doubt, Changing the Clap button ( unlimited claps anyone can do) for appreciation from the Heart Icon (only once a user can like) is based on what aspect? Will it not let the quality of the quantitative feedback received from users?

I was really unsure about the 👏 system as the number shown on each article is harder to grasp, since it doesn't represent a number of people anymore. But now that I understand that new model of distributing revenue to authors based on a "clap ratio", it makes total sense. More platforms should share revenue with creators this way. Also, I prefer the new, new logo :D

Nice work. I love that they continually ship new concepts. It's easy for traditional/new media to poo-poo Medium's efforts but this process is how the industry will transform. Slowly but surely.

I would post a clap emoji if I wasn't forced to use Internet Explorer at work.

I like the 👏 as a new feature to receive a level of appreciation from readers. So I assume, the longer you clap, higher the appreciation. However, I still want to see what other updates Medium have in pipeline.
