This is me, a freelance web designer looking to understand launches better.

Hi all. I've been lurking around the forums on weekends for about a year now, but I finally decided to join.

During the week, I develop websites for small businesses, primarily restaurants and clinics. On my spare time, I'm developing a little application which generates weekly summaries from customer reviews for owners who don't have time to go through them.

What I'm looking for here is an honest opinion and an insight on how a successful launch should look like. I'm also a fan of helping whenever possible, particularly with front-end questions.

If there was one thing you could advise someone about to launch their first side project, what would it be?
