Hello Product Hunt! I'm Dilip, living in Singapore and launching my AI-native HRIS product this week
Hi everyone, glad to finally be here.
I'm based in Singapore, where I lead IT at a company, with close to 18 years of experience. Most of that time I have been on the buying and managing side of software rather than the building them, which is a slightly unusual route into Product Hunt.
What changed is a problem I kept living through. Every review cycle as a manager meant pulling data from separate tools, then stitching it together by hand in a spreadsheet before it could go for approval. The information always existed, it just never sat in one place. Eventually I stopped complaining about it and started building the system I wanted to use. It is called Sparko, and it is live now.
Outside work I'm into photography and streetwear, and I have a Cavapoo called Lufy who is entirely unimpressed by all of this.
Two things I'm hoping for here:
Honest feedback from people who have suffered through context switching when using performance management systems, employee development and compensation reviews, growth tracking and goal setting etc.
To learn from other founders building alongside a full time job, because that is the part I find hardest but also so much fun.
