From enterprise dev to indie hacker — dad of two, shipping with a minimal stack

by

Hey, I'm a software engineer turned indie hacker — and a dad of two. 👋

By day I build features for other people's products. By night (and weekends), I'm carving out time to build my own.

I used to spend more time picking the "perfect" stack than actually shipping. These days I keep it simple: Cloudflare + Nuxt.js + TypeScript — and that's pretty much it. Less decision fatigue, more done.

My current project is BulkPicTools — a bulk image toolkit that runs entirely in your browser. Compress, convert, crop, and chain tools together, all locally. No uploads, no servers, no nonsense.

The honest truth? Coding has become the easiest part. The hard stuff is understanding real user needs, figuring out SEO, getting the right keywords — things I never had to think about before. Still learning, still shipping.

Using Claude Code to move faster, slowly piecing together my own MVP playbook. One tool at a time.

Happy to connect with other makers, swap notes, and support each other's launches. 🚀
