About

Hi, I’m an independent developer who builds practical web‑based products and business‑oriented side projects. I only choose tech stacks that fit my workflow, mainly using Vue, NuxtJS and Cloudflare to develop and deploy lightweight landing pages and web tools efficiently. I focus on making technology serve real business needs rather than over‑engineering. I also share my product‑building journey, lightweight development experience and indie maker insights.

From enterprise dev to indie hacker — dad of two, shipping with a minimal stack

Hey, I'm a software engineer turned indie hacker and a dad of two.

By day I build features for other people's products. By night (and weekends), I'm carving out time to build my own.

I used to spend more time picking the "perfect" stack than actually shipping. These days I keep it simple: Cloudflare + Nuxt.js + TypeScript and that's pretty much it. Less decision fatigue, more done.

My current project is BulkPicTools a bulk image toolkit that runs entirely in your browser. Compress, convert, crop, and chain tools together, all locally. No uploads, no servers, no nonsense.

Are we really using our time more meaningfully thanks to AI?

AI has undoubtedly made our work easier and faster.

An article that would have taken me several days before (defining the topic, doing research, interviewing experts for unique insights, validating data, and writing the final piece) can now be turned into a solid article in under two hours. (in my case, when I publish a weekly newsletter)

How much money do you think is enough to start and launch a startup?

A lot of people try to raise funding before they even begin.

And then sometimes I read those zero to hero stories. (Maybe they re a bit "polished" by the media to have publicity.)

In any case, building products has become much easier from a technical perspective, which also makes it cheaper especially for software startups.
