how about cost?

Good one! So Agent MAX runs about ~90% cheaper than other agent platforms. Same budget basically gets you 9x more automations (for agents). On large tasks it can be even cheaper.

Agent platform itself: Pro is $25/month, but if you use code PRODUCTHUNT90 you get 90% off for three months. So like $2.50/month to try it properly.

We wanted to make it stupid cheap so people could actually experiment without worrying about credits.

There's quite a lot of tech details here if you want to know more! :)

looks great, congratulations to the team!

thank you a ton Madalina! :)

Let me know your feedback when you try it, would love to hear it!

for teams dealing with sensitive data. How does Incredible handle data security and permissions across all those integrations?

 hey! super question :)

Few things on this:

  • We don't train on your data. Ever. Your prompts, documents, and anything from connected apps stays yours.

  • All task execution happens in isolated, sandboxed environments. Data gets processed for the duration of the task, then auto-deleted. No cross-contamination between users.

  • Everything's encrypted in transit and at rest. All integrations connect through secure channels.

We're GDPR compliant, and currently going through SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits (should be done early 2026).

For teams with stricter requirements, we also offer private tenant deployments and custom data residency if you need data stored in specific regions.

More detail here if you want to dig in:

We just added Community to the platform, so go and share your agents with others 😊

I just tried Incredible and the workflow is surprisingly smooth. Building an agent takes almost no effort. Really nice work from the team 👏

glad you enjoyed it Ahmad, and thanks for trying it! :) Let us know if you have any feedback, would love to hear it!

Agents that don’t forget, don’t hallucinate, and don’t loop is a game-changer. Excited to try this out!

would love to hear your feedback! :)

Amazing work, team! Agent MAX feels like a tool that will actually change how people work with AI agents.

we're hoping so! Would love to hear your feedback when you try it! :)

Does Agents sleep? - Never! Just curious - what are most suitable tasks for Incredible where it could perform the best?

hey Cruise - we usually try to simplify it down to any workflow or SOP (standard operating procedure) that contains 1 or 2 steps requiring intelligence. E.g. categorizing, summarizing, translating, creative writing, decision making based on some data etc.

Would love to hear more feedback as you try it!

Wow, Incredible sounds amazing! Love the promise of near-zero hallucinations, thats a game changer. How do you handle complex integrations with legacy systems given the 100x memory?

Hey Jay! for a lot of legacy systems we can't utilize them as our agents connects to APIs using our LFA system (Language friendly APIs). However, there's a ton of smart ways to work around this with RPA wrappers - that you turn into an API.

Fair enough. Thanks for internal working explanation. I will explore more. I am hunting my product next week, would love to have you try it out!

Could you give an example of something that can be made wit 100 credits?
And am I right in understanding that:
- AI creates the automation
- Actually invoking the automation uses minimal (or no?) credits (except if it needs the LLM to do something)?

You are close to being 100% correct!

Credits are subtracted when the Agent runs.

Since our Agents are using our own Agentic AI models (w/ Agent MAX), they run very cheap compared to most models - and a large amount of data in a workflow doesn't really impact cost much.

100 credits gets you through a ton of flows. The easiest way to figure it out is running your agent once - and then checking the settings -> billing tab. It contains exact details of how many credits have been consumed per agent.

Some examples I've tested:

~ process 1000 CRM records and update them ~0.4 credits = can do this daily for months with 100 credits

~ autosummarize all emails I get and send to slack ~0.2 credits per run

~ autogenerate posts for LinkedIn/X + analyze previous performance ~0.15 credits per run

Again, easiest to try and see what it is!

We've tried really hard making this viable on scale!
