We’ve been using Hypertype in our Customer support team the last months and it’s incredible how it decreased the reply time and making sure when we onboard new people to the team that they quickly get going. No need to worry about where to find answers, and no need to bother colleagues for true sources in the same way as before 🎉

Just started testing this. Gmail integration looks quite neat, but my question is whether in the future there would be a way to further interact with it to tell it which kind of text you would like it to generate? (E.g. with ChatGPT you can tell it to make the text shorter, or give some further input to customize the message.)
