Our goal was simple: help recruiters identify the most relevant candidates faster and with better accuracy. Instead of just matching keywords, we wanted to make screening more intelligent and context-aware. We focused on creating a clean and fast experience where recruiters can upload resumes, evaluate candidates efficiently, and reduce time spent on manual shortlisting.
