@utsav_cool the most obvious difference is the UI at the moment. However, we just launched and still have tons of ideas and features in mind that will make HelpSpace very unique. First step was to cover all the basic needs and develop from there. Our goal is to listen to our customers and only provide features they really need 😊
@mickc79 fair point! I think the answer to that is actually quite simple. Use the tools you like to work with and which you are the most efficient with. We aim for simplicity and beautiful UI. We are a small bootstrapped startup and still have quite a journey ahead of us to get were companies like intercom are but we are way more flexible and can move and react to customer needs really quickly which is our key strength at the moment.
