Hello Inbox - Get more marketing emails into the inbox

by•
Hello Inbox helps marketing teams get more emails into the inbox instead of spam. Test your campaigns before you send, see what is hurting deliverability, and get clear recommendations for what to fix. Instead of throwing deliverability scores and technical data at you, Hello Inbox turns the results into actionable steps so you can improve inbox placement without becoming an email deliverability expert.

What about the harder cases though? Sometimes there’s no clear reason an email ends up in spam.

Hi Grace, valid question. The AI was trained on all my deliverability knowledge and hundreds of real use cases from the last 5 years, so it's quite good at troubleshooting, however, when there is an edge case, there is always a human to fallback to - me. We will then use those edge cases to further train and improve the AI so it will continuously improve over time.

Can users compare campaigns over time and see which changes actually improved their inbox placement?

As long as you test those campaigns with our Inbox Placement Test feature, then yes. Those tests will be saved in your account and our AI can access them all. So you can simply ask it "What changed?". If you want to test it, try our 7-day free trial for the Professional plan and perform a few tests. Let me know what you think. All feedback is welcome, good or bad.

I like how simple this sounds. Test it, fix the problems, then keep checking on it.

Thanks Daniel. Would love to get your honest feedback after running a few tests with Hello Inbox. What you liked, didn't like, or how it could be better.

I’d want to know what kind of access you need to actually make the fixes. That could be a problem for some people.

Hey Manuel, I get what you mean. Currently Hello Inbox doesn't require access to your ESP to make changes. It gives you clear instructions on what to do, in plain language. I understand your question is about privacy. I do plan on integrating API's for the biggest email service providers in the near future, if it makes sense. And privacy is definitely something I'll need to consider.

Concerning the 'actionable steps', are these general best practices or are these targeted at your specific problem with the placement?
Congratulations on the launch of ⭐🎊

Hey Muhammad, yes, targeted at your specific problem with the placement. That's the key here and why our onboarding asks you to create a sender profile. So when our system is analyzing your test results, or giving you next steps, it's grounded in your specific situation.

This makes perfect sense because individualized grounding always trumps generalized benchmarks.

100%. Every time I did a consulting call or performed a deliverability audit, I asked the client the same questions to get an understanding of their current situation (ie: understand the context). The advice I provided my clients was always dependent on the answers to those questions. We now collect that data when a user creates a sender profile in Hello Inbox.

Has someone made one of these with the opposite tag line? Would love to get less marketing emails in the inbox

LOL, only 1 that I know of, they launched on here several years ago, called Leave Me Alone.

All in jest, congrats on the launch!

 I understood 😉 & thank you 🙏

I’d probably use the monitoring the most. You fix something and then a few weeks later it can go sideways again.

Hey Trevor, yes 100%. People forget, they're too busy, etc. Instead of manually checking your domain/ip rep or spam rate in Google Postmaster Tools, Hello Inbox will automatically alert you. Would love for you to try it out and get your feedback.

I’ve used stuff like this before and got flooded with data. Still didn’t know what I should fix first.

Hey Nathan, yah, that's what I learned after speaking to hundreds of clients over the last 4-5 years. Tech fatigue is real, and people are tired of trying to figure things out. They just want someone competent to tell them what do to. That's when it clicked for me, the problem isn't a lack of tooling, it's the knowledge gap and how to apply it.

Checking again later makes sense. Things can change pretty quickly with email.

100% - all it takes is one send to the wrong list to tank deliverability. Seen it happen several times.

I like that it tells you what to fix instead of just giving you a score. That’s way more useful. The alerts are nice too.

Thanks David, would love to get your first impression after you've performed a few tests with Hello Inbox.
