I love learning languages, and the thing I struggle the most is speaking. Speaking a new language is difficult because:
The person you speak to does not have infinite patience.
The person you speak to does not talk the language you do (you don't have a backup).
The person you speak to does not give you vocabulary and form recommendations after every conversation.
But Nacho (hablo.pro's mascot) does!! I did it trying to solve a problem that I face and I really hope it helps you speak a bit more fluently.
Trying it out is free (you get 10 mins of conversation) and if you like it you can either subscribe or pay as you go.
This is my first launch! So exited!! And especially looking for feedback! The product is super simple but I believe it has a ton of potential to improve!

I am very interested in using AI (and in general technology) to make learning easier, faster and better - cool if you decide to stay in touch! I am on X (@manoletre_) and I upload videos in spanish to tiktok (@manoletre), insta (@manoletre_) and youtube (@manoletre).
Interesting approach to language learning - esp the recap and tips. Does the next session remember this and perhaps test you if you were able to learn?
@ragsontherocks Currently it gives you a review per conversation - this is a good idea to work on! Thank you!

This is such a helpful idea for language learners like me who get nervous speaking. Love that Nacho gives feedback and lets you practice without pressure. Congrats on your first launch and good luck!
currently there are 10 languages available (but can add more if requested): English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese, Korean
Just tried it out, i think the speed that it listens and gives out reactions is quite fast and makes me feel good. But it looks like.. it can't really understand me that well.
@joey_zhu1 What do you mean it can't understand you that well? What felt off? And what language did you use? :)

@joey_zhu1 Did you test the Chinese? Are the tones correct?

I'm learning spanish right now, and this is exactly what I need. The AI is surprisingly great at not only holding, but leading a conversation, which is especially impressive considering my poor Spanish. Great work Manuel, will definitely be incorporating this into my language learning habits!
Would be awesome if it would learn my weak spots and push me towards those areas in the next conversation.
Loving the conversational vibe with Nacho it feels so much better than typing responses or using flashcards. does Hablo.pro track long-term progress across sessions, like fluency over time or specific pronunciation improvements?
