Don’t want to play devils advocate here but this app doesn’t have any information on where the app is from. The terms and conditions says it allows third party access, all of the developers on product hunt have there Twitter accounts either brand new, suspended or there tweets won’t load.
Same goes for some of the accounts that have made comments here...

All human-related data and user images in our app are processed locally on user devices and never leave the app. This section covers our app statistics services that we use to fix bugs and crashes or analyze which features are used most, for example. What are the images used for? Other than the app itself. Is this a method to build a dataset of faces for you to sell on?
