Anyone surprised they didn't talk about hangouts or YouTube connect?

How will Hangouts and YouTube relate to these? Shocked neither was mentioned.

This is awesome. Totally next level of chat bot. What's new about this is human <> bot <> human. Using bot to add more context to human to human chat. Existing chat bot is human <> bot. You can only talk to bot.

Google really sucks at naming stuff. I dont even an iPhone but saying FaceTime me versus Duo me or Hangouts me or call me on Hangouts. Better 3 letter or less alternatives...Sea, DM, Flo, Gem, etc

These are super cool, cant wait to try them out and explore the possibilities :)

Allo looks cool, but I am still waiting for one that comes with an app platform a la WeChat in China.

I've been really impressed by the smart reply features in Inbox and was literally just thinking how much I wished I had that for texts. Google is creepy brilliant...

And of course a sad news for the Duo security company for the name confusion and consequent rankings in the search engines
