I think it is a great product. I have been using it from more than a year now. They did face few challenges initially (who doesn't?) but now product is super stable and performing as good as intercom or similar alternative :) . Right now we use intercom on our main site and gist on other sites but soon I am pretty sure we will move everything to Gist. All the best guys.

Great founder and very helpful. They're providing so many features. Have been using it for around 1,5 years now I think. And just a few days ago they added custom opt-out and opt-in messages! Keep up the great work Jitta and team! 😀

This product is one the best marketing tools I've invested in. I had the pleasure to speak to Jitta way at the start of their journey. The guys is smart and super responsive. I highly recommend their tool But I would love to see workflows open to everyone :) PS: Jitta, I am contacting you for this separately ;)
Hello hunters! You can see that they use Intercom a lot as a reference. They were based on the best with the proposal of delivering a better cost / benefit. However, you can see that a lot is still missing and I have faced some problems, such as: - errors in the API; - lack of functionality; - the reports do not show the service evaluations; - many mistakes when we try to pay; - support still takes a long time to provide answers and solutions. It has potential, but they need more agility.

Been very early adopter of Gist and absolutely love how they have grown the product over the course of last two years.

Cons:

None I am aware off.

The platform has reached some maturity and is constantly improving.

Pros:

Chat, unified inbox, email automation, knowledge base, mobile apps...also a CRM is planned!

Cons:

Email delivery had problems until a few months ago, but now performance is solid. Bots and knowledge base still need work.
