What is the hardest decision you make before publishing a YouTube video?

I’m launching GetButlr tomorrow and I’m trying to validate the problem behind the product rather than simply promote the launch.

As a creator, the recurring question that led me to build it was: what should I create next, and how do I know whether the title, thumbnail and overall package are strong enough before I publish?

I’m curious how other creators think about this.

What is your hardest pre-publish decision?
