Breathwork is underrated in my opinion, so it’s great to see more tools supporting it!
I love that you can set up your own breathing cycle. For beginners, it can be hard to decide what works best, I think having more preset options for different scenarios (like reducing stress or enhancing relaxation) would be really helpful.
