Recently, I posted here about how Y Combinator launched a program that allows young people to study at a university while building a product.
Many young people today idolise the likes of Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, and other dropouts who didn t finish college but made it big with a breakthrough idea.
@Paste just launched their latest version, and tbh I'm considering switching over but I'm curious to hear what other people use? I know @Raycast has a pretty powerful and integrated one that I'm considering using. I currently use @ Pasta which I love. Do folks have any they recommend? What's the consensus?
They help with launch copy, visuals, outreach, follow-ups basically most of what used to take days can now be done in hours.
But I keep thinking about something. Are AI agents actually improving product discovery on Product Hunt or are they just making launches look more polished?
Yes, AI speeds things up. You can test messaging faster, create better assets, prepare more efficiently.
I work with startup teams and use AI tools almost every day for writing, research, support, and more. It saves a lot of time, no doubt. But there are still things AI just can t do well.
For example, when reading customer feedback, AI often misses the real meaning behind the words, like when someone sounds polite but is actually unhappy. Or when making product decisions, AI can list pros and cons, but it doesn t really understand the bigger picture or timing like a human would.
It's been a wild ride of constant innovation, checking out cool stuff, and seeing what's popping in the tech scene.
