Which AI tools have become so essential that you can’t imagine your work without them?

I think AI has been around long enough for us to identify which tools have changed the way we work.

There are more and more of them every day, and sometimes it feels like it’s getting harder to keep track of them all.

But I think most of us have already developed a small set of AI tools we simply can’t imagine our day without.

If I had to pick a few AI tools that have become part of my daily workflow, these would be:

  • ChatGPT + Claude – summarising and improving text (and Codex in VS Code for coding)

  • Grammarly AI – correcting and improving my English

  • Figma with its AI prompting – helps me a lot with improving my graphic design ideas

  • Google Gemini – for note-taking from Google Meet, plus AI features in Google Sheets and Docs

These are the ones I use the most, but I’m sure there are plenty of great tools I haven’t discovered yet.

What are your favourite AI tools, and what do you use them for?

For everyday simple needs, I think GPT is enough =) (If i pick just one)

Claude for coding or tokens/anything technical, plus ChatGPT for writing and research
