Which tools do you use to organise your life around, if any?

I'm curious because I've spend many hundreds of hours building a system to organise my life and I wonder if others have something similar in their lives.

Apple Notes & Google Calendar. I've used hundreds of productivity tools and I keep coming back to Apple Notes. No login every other week, super fast, works offline, no annoying updates, no forced paid plans, no acquisitions or shutdowns, synced everywhere, flexible enough...
I get where you're coming from. I often feel the urge to burn down my notes apps and start again with just the basics
still use MS Excel .. may be because i work a lot on my MacBook

Tried a lot of tools. Since last months I moved to reminders and notes. Simple fast and synced on all devices
Ah yes, back to basics
Upnote for notes, Notion for tasks and CRM. Currently testing Coda to see where it fits

Haven't come across it before. I'm checking out their website now and it looks pretty powerful
I quit my Raindrop.io paid subscription for Readwise Reader pro, just fyi to check out
obsidian, remarkable with BUJO ebook via Etsy
I use Obsidian because it's open source and easy to install. You can install multiple community plugins they are amazing.
